Great Blessing

Open your heart for all to hear a wonderful song, 
it was born the day I learned how much love my father above has for me! 
He lives, my Lord and friend he guides me through so I will be free. 
He makes it possible for me to return to his home above. 
It starts with a simple desire that comes from deep inside. 
It is a longing for peace a knowledge that I can be better. 
It is knowing that he is always there! He is my closest friend. 
He'll be with me until the end. 
He is the father of all that's good who only asked us to believe he asked us to open our hearts and see a brighter hope for our families, a vision for peace, a greater love and then he asked us to go and do.
To be little better. Guide others to do the same. 
If only to be an example for actions speak volumes. 
The great blessing given me is good examples 
and little acts of kindness that teach me what the father is like. 
So, I may recognize his face when I return home!
How grateful I am for his loving care and patience for he must truly suffer 
watching as I muddle through this life.

Listen  Sit back and you will hear the sounds of people running here and there.  All are caught up with worldly lives Forgetting what matters most Yet, All around the sounds are very clear, Clarity is the voice of peace.  Trust opens doors that  were shut And opens communication that calls on all those fighting to cease. Too often conflict arises due to misunderstanding.  To tell  a different story.  Reaction causes one another to lash out. In turn giving way to deception and fear.  the effort of peace and trust is lost. Leaving one to hope for cooler heads to prevail. Then once again to start down the road hoping to achieve some unity.

Learn From Opportunity

It is easy to find the answer when one is on the outside looking in. It is easy to be aware when not affected by outcomes. Somethings are easier left unsaid when not caught up in the emotions and fear of consequence.  It is easy to walk in the trail that others have carved. The life not lived is easy to find fault of. In the moment when decisions must be made it is easy to do what others might expect.  Now is the time to act, not to be acted upon. Be that person who looks on the heart of a man, take the opportunity to walk in his shoes. Seek to be the trailblazer rather than the vast many stuck in the ruts of life struggling to see a way out of the pain of history's mistakes.
